You have good potential. Some parts moved a bit too slow (I understand that this was for melodramatic effect), and some of the tweens were a bit awkward or glitchy, but other than that the art was decent and the ending made me laugh.

I've never heard the song before, but, unless you made it, you may want to cite it and its author.

Why did I watch that entire video?

Okay... I really don't know what to say about this. There was a severe lack of even halfway-decent animation, and a lot of 2D turns and glitches.

Tweens are great and all, but when they're the structure of the whole animation it kind of looks like crap.

It's mainly the voices that make this so funny, though there aren't really any plot twists or anything in it. It's still great though. :)
I like the crayon-like art style of the backgrounds.
